I’ve always been a high achiever. I know what it’s like to set the bar so high you can’t even see it anymore—to be the one who keeps everything together, shows up strong, and doesn’t stop until it’s “done.”
But I also know what it costs.

I spent years caught in the cycle of toxic striving—measuring my worth by my output, tying my identity to my productivity, and quietly burning out behind the scenes. From the outside, I looked like I had it all together. On the inside, I was exhausted, disconnected, and slowly losing myself to a version of success that no longer fit.

That’s where my work began.

Through decades of leadership training, personal development, and fierce self-examination, I’ve helped women and leaders rewrite the stories that were quietly running their lives—stories about value, ambition, rest, perfection, and enoughness.

I’m the author of Brave Greatness and Ditch the Worthiness Hustle—two books that challenge the performative grind of modern leadership and offer a more honest, human way forward. My next book, The 4K Principle, explores the four story patterns that hold us back—and how rewriting them creates unshakable leadership.

I’m also the creator of Prompted to Lead, a digital app offering daily reflection prompts to help leaders interrupt toxic striving and reconnect with clarity.
